Answer: The proof is in the pudding. This is an English language expression that means that to test the truth of something, you look at its results. What was the result of mirza? He tried to change Muslim beliefs. He tried to outlaw jihad (Islamic self-defense). While it is true that many Muslims have abandoned themselves to modernity, that does not mean that the message is unavailable. The Qur'an is more available to mandkind today than at any previous time in history. And it was always the point in sending prophets without messages that they would restore the original message. We have the original message in all its purity, and there is no need for someone to restore it. So, what need for mirza? Any sane person, who has faith in the Holy Quran would vouch for the same. However, I dont understand what is wrong in another prophet coming in Islam, especially when it it with bearing to the Holy Quran and saying of the Holy Prophet himself. > > The Holy Prophet himself having stated that a period would come in Islam when faith would have been discarded by its followers, and the same would be re-established in it by Imam Mahdi, how come you people are of the opinion that noone should come?? > > And how does it bear with the teachings of Holy Quran???? > > Just trying to prove that the Holy Prophet was the last prophet would not solve the plight of the present day muslims. The Holy Prophet himself having stated that these people would one day resemble the jews (who rejected prophets who came unto them) are you guys not just following them word for word, step for step???? > > > Hanz. > < 36c4872b.f6179dd-@emirates.net.ae > wrote: > Original Article: http://www.egroups.com/list/qadianism/?start=176 > > Mr Farhan > > Wa alaikum assalam > > > > Farhan Qureshi wrote: > > > > > Asslaamu Alaikum, > > > Let me ask you this: What Great Haqq, or Big entitlement does being > > > the Last Prophet give to the Holy Prophet (saw).
